With more than 23 years of experience, Judi Nield brings leadership mindset and exceptional execution to the real estate industry—elevating brands, empowering professionals, and driving measurable growth.

Judi has built her career at the intersection of marketing strategy, creative execution, and business development. As Director of Marketing for Legacy Real Estate Experts ERA Powered (formerly Legacy Real Estate & Associates), and through previous leadership roles with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties and Prudential California Realty, she has consistently transformed marketing from a support function into a powerful revenue-driving engine.

Her expertise spans brand development, digital marketing, content strategy, and high-level campaign execution. Known for her hands-on leadership style, Judi works closely with real estate professionals, top producers, and business owners to refine their positioning, amplify their voice, and create marketing systems that scale.

She doesn’t just create materials—she builds momentum. Judi’s influence extends beyond design and advertising into coaching, mentoring, and mastermind development, where she helps professionals think bigger, act strategically, and grow intentionally. Her ability to merge data-driven decision-making with creative storytelling has made her a trusted advisor to agents and leaders alike.

At her core, Judi believes that marketing is more than promotion—it’s about vision, consistency, and the courage to pursue something greater. Guided by the belief that success is found in the pursuit, she approaches every opportunity with passion, resilience, and a commitment to helping others reach their full potential.

A San Jose Bay Area native, Judi’s early years were shaped by living in 10 different locations throughout the region—giving her a unique, firsthand perspective on its diverse neighborhoods and markets. She later moved to the Central Valley during jr. high and high school before returning to the East Bay to pursue her college education.

In her free time, Judi loves spending time with family, friends and her animals: a basset hound, a Russian blue cat, a cluster of feral cats and two chickens: a Black Australorp and a golden Orpington. She enjoys traveling, photography, event planning, baking, reading, exploring new hiking paths and is a "Total Foodie!" She's been married to her husband, Red, for 21 years and they have two  sons: Austin & Carter.

An ancient legend says a pot of gold exists at the end of every rainbow. Some believe there is truth to the legend and some need proof. The fact that a pot of gold may or may not exist is not the point; reaching the end is. A rainbow is a beautiful thing, held in admiration of all who see it. When we find those rainbows, we find ourselves working extra hard, going the distance and doing what it takes to get to the end.
